How I make ramen

I grew up eating eastern Asian foods. My (step) dad is from Thailand. We buy the regular ramen packets or the fancy ones from the Asian store once in awhile, but my dad has always made it the traditional way. That’s the way he grew up eating it, so that is the way I grew up eating it. It’s the way I make my ramen. It’s the only way I will eat it. It’s SO good! Much healthier too.

How I make my ramen: Boil 2 cups of water. Poach 2 eggs in boiling water. After eggs are poached put in noodles. Cook for three minutes. Add half of the flavor packet to the hot water.  I also sautéed spinach in a separate pan with just evoo.  

I also add other vegetables when I have them, but this is a simple recipe. I made this for when I was not feeling well.
