Are you going to push yourself?

Working out used to feel easy because I wasn’t really pushing myself as much as I needed to. I mean they weren’t a piece of cake 🍰 but they didn’t push my body how I needed them to in order to get the results I wanted! 💪🏻 Now I push myself & my body to it’s MAX to get RESULTS! I know my body is super strong & I don’t push it hard enough until now. I’ve been having to use the heaviest bands & we just started the program. 😳All the other resistance bands roll on me... So push yourself harder!! Push yourself farther!!!You’ve got this & stop getting in YOUR OWN WAY!! 🙌🏻💪🏻 Happy Friday!!
